Excel-eration Squad Junior tennis coaching 11-17yrs
This is an invitation only program designed for top competitive players who are performance driven. It combines high intensity fast-paced drills, scenario-based game play, advanced stroke production, court movement patterns, tactical training and tennis-specific fitness training. The serve and return are focused on throughout the entire term.
