Green Ball Junior tennis lessons 10-13yrs
In this program players are taught a more refined stroke technique, advanced shot selection and point construction through extensive point play.
The player will improve their understanding of spin and speed in shot selection and there is a strong focus on serve technique in this program.
The PRO groups are taught more advanced movement patterns, tactics and are encouraged to maintain their intensity. They may also move to a Yellow Ball.

- Green low compression ball is used which is 75% slower than a normal ball
- 25, 26 & 27 inch racquets
