It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to collect children from Excel Tennis on time.
If the child isn’t collected by the end of the session / closing time, Excel Tennis will attempt to contact the parents. If the parents can’t be reached and no contact has been made within 30 minutes of the session’s conclusion police will be notified.
