Excel Tennis is committed to providing a safe, professional, and consistent experience for all players and families. To maintain clear communication and appropriate boundaries, our coaching team does not share personal contact details with clients.
Coaches are not permitted to exchange:
- personal mobile numbers
- personal email addresses
- social media accounts
- private messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram)
All communication must be directed through our official Excel Tennis channels. This ensures:
- accurate and timely responses
- consistent information across all programs
- privacy and safety for families and coaches
- clear professional boundaries

Our coaches are always happy to provide brief on-court updates about you or your child’s development or session progress. For any detailed questions, feedback, or concerns, please contact us through the official Excel Tennis channels so we can support you properly.
