8. Photography & Videography Policy
Excel Tennis may take photos or videos during coaching sessions, programs, or events for coaching, training, or promotional purposes (such as our website, brochures, and social media platforms).
Consent
By participating in any Excel Tennis program, activity, or event, the Client acknowledges and consents to the use of their image (or their child’s image) in photographs or videos. These images may appear in:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Social media content
- Newsletters, brochures, and publications
- The Excel Tennis website and other digital platforms
Opting Out
Clients who do not wish to be photographed or recorded for promotional use must notify Excel Tennis in writing, via email, before the commencement of the relevant program, session, or event.
Late opt-out requests will be accommodated on a best-efforts basis but may not prevent the use of images already captured.
