Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group based tennis fitness program designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels. The focus is on movement, energy, and enjoyment, rather than technical instruction.
Sessions are built around continuous movement using tennis based drills and games, creating an engaging workout that improves cardiovascular fitness while keeping participants active and motivated.
Classes run for 60 minutes and include:
- 5 minute warm-up
- 50 minute cardio tennis segment using drill-based and play-based activities
- 5 minute cool down
Music is used throughout the session, and a variety of equipment such as agility ladders may be incorporated to support movement and coordination.
Cardio Tennis is a great option for those who enjoy exercising in a group, want to improve fitness, and prefer a fun and social approach to staying active.
