2. Refund & Credit Policy
- All lesson payments are non-refundable for any customer-initiated reason, including (but not limited to) change-of-mind, illness or injury, scheduling conflicts, travel, school events, or any other personal circumstance. A refund will only be provided where under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Credits may be granted only in cases of a medical injury or illness preventing participation for 4 weeks or more from the time of email notification and supported by a valid medical certificate, or in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Excel Tennis. In all cases, 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled lesson is required for eligibility. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of issue.
- Where a participant withdraws due to injury or illness shorter than 4 weeks, Excel Tennis may offer replacement classes or make-up opportunities where reasonably possible, but this is not guaranteed.
- If a program is cancelled by Excel Tennis (e.g. due to insufficient enrolments), participants will be offered a transfer, credit, or refund.
