4. Weather Policy
On days of uncertain or extreme weather, our coaches will make every reasonable effort to ensure lessons proceed safely.
If you have not received communication from us, please assume the lesson is proceeding as scheduled.
We kindly ask that you do not call regarding weather updates, as conditions are monitored continuously and updates will be sent via SMS where required.
Junior Group Coaching & Holiday Programs
Where possible, lessons will continue as scheduled, including using undercover or indoor areas when courts are deemed unsafe for play (e.g. rain, flooded courts, or extreme heat).
Participants should attend as normal unless advised otherwise.
If Excel Tennis determines that conditions are unsafe and the session cannot proceed, participants will be notified via SMS as soon as possible.
We aim to provide as much notice as possible, however timing may depend on changing weather conditions.
Adult Group Coaching / Cardio Tennis / Squad Programs / Private Coaching
If courts or weather conditions are deemed unsafe for play (e.g. rain, flooded courts, or extreme heat), sessions may be postponed.
Participants will be notified via SMS as soon as possible.
We aim to provide as much notice as possible, however timing may depend on changing weather conditions.
General Conditions (Applies to All Programs)
Excel Tennis reserves the sole right to determine whether conditions are safe for play and whether sessions proceed, are modified, or postponed.
Where a session is cancelled due to weather:

A make-up session will be scheduled at a time determined by Excel Tennis; or

If a make-up session cannot be provided, a credit will be applied.
If a make-up session is offered and declined, no credit or refund will be provided.
